FAMILIAR FOES
As we enter May, the Bulldogs have faced every opponent on the 2025 schedule at least once this season.
Fresno State has series scheduled against Nevada, San Jose State and New Mexico, and midweeks against Cal State Bakersfield and Pacific.
After competing against every Mountain West opponent, the Bulldogs hold firm in first place in the conference standings with a 15-6 record.
Fresno State has won all but one conference series in 2025.
GO WITH THE FLOW
Fresno State Baseball's Aidan Cremarosa has been named the Mountain West Pitcher of the Week, the conference announced Monday, after his exceptional performance during the Bulldogs' sweep of Washington State.
Cremarosa is on a hot streak with his second consecutive start with 10+ strikeouts.
He pitched a career-high 8.0 innings and struck out 11 batters on Saturday against the Cougars.
The junior had a 0.00 ERA for the week and allowed only four hits, without walking a single batter.
In the 2025 season, Cremarosa leads the conference with a 4.04 ERA and the second most strikeouts with 77, only behind Bulldog Jack Anker.
This is Cremarosa's second conference weekly honor in 2025.
KEEP AN EYE ON THE BACKSTOP
Fresno State Baseball's Justin Stransky has been added to the 2025 Buster Posey National Collegiate Catcher of the Year Award Midseason Watch List, the Greater Wichita Area Sports Commission announced.
Through 43 games, Stransky has made 42 starts for the Bulldogs in his senior season. He has recorded a team-high 52 hits in 163 at-bats, giving him a .319/.515/.141 slash line.
